    Why can't I redeem my code? - Rewards - Smite


    I am part of the rewards programm and I redeemed a code for 200 gems and 15 days boost on my account as part as a bonus mission of free to play games. Anyway, 17 days have pasted and I went to redeem another code, but none of them world! It says I still
    have my boost but I don't! I recommended all my friends for nothing??

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to being listed as an add-on, those codes are limited to one per account, and you will be unable to redeem more than one. To correct this issue, we will adjust the retail value of those codes into your
    Rewards Account. We will label these three adjustments (for your three un-claimable codes) as MyVIP Gold 5 events, dated as the end of last month. You should see these adjustments by the end of next week. Again, apologies for any inconvenience caused by this
    issue.

    I've claimed the block and put in the 25 digit code. Under order history it says complete but no rewards in the visiphone. When I go back to my Microsoft account to try to resubmit it will not allow me. Simply says the code has been redeemed... very well,
    but why are the rewards not in my visiphone? Any help?
