    Why can't I redeem both minecoin packs?


    I got TWO SEPARATE minecoin packs that each contained 1720 minecoins. Upon heading to the Minecraft website and punching in the first code I thought everything was fine. However, the second code I punched in was rejected and I was met with the "Looks like you've already got this" message. Please fix this issue as I've seen multiple others struggling with relatively the same issue. Once again these were two separate packs with two separate codes.

    I can't get my old Minecraft texture and skin packs back

    They were only minecoins, theres nothing on here about texture and skin packs, I never redeemed a code for the packs they just came with my Minecraft.

    hi Ricardo, we purchased the Minecoin gift cards from Target - we've never had issues with these before though. they are Microsoft branded: "Minecraft Minecoins, 3500 In-Game Currency, Buy skins, textures, & worlds, Android | iOS | Nintendo Switch | Xbox One | Win 10, Minecraft Minecoins Pack - 3500 coins" we bought three separate cards and our Target receipt shows three distinct download codes on the receipt. we've never had this issue before. if we can't redeem them, we can't get his birthday money back as they are not refundable. : (

    Where are my Minecoins?

    I just bought the Minecraft Starter Pack and the 700 Minecoins that are supposed to be included simply aren't. I've seen other people have this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a solution. Any ideas?
    I have the same issue, I noticed where I downloaded the game it showed what was included in the pack, I clicked onto the minecoins and saw there was a "redeem now" button however above it there was a notice saying "700 minecoins is currently not available"

    I'm not sure where there is an issue with the system just now? Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

    As long as you have the same microsoft/Xbox account is linked to the 2 version of it you will have access to any skin or packs you bought through the minecraft store will be available for both platforms. But minecoins won't because, the platforms use
    different currency (Tokens for ps4 and minecoins for pc, xbox, switch, and mobile)

    Are you able to play Minecraft with the disc you own? Is it currently in your Xbox as you purchased the Minecoins? If you can play the game, the minecoins should be in there.
