Discus and support why can't i record with right hardware in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so i got a new pc and i can't record. but my other pc's can and this one is better i checked what i needed and i got the right hardware i don't know...     so i got a new pc and i can't record. but my other pc's can and this one is better i checked what i needed and i got the right hardware

    i don't know what the issue is.

    graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

    cpu: MSI B450M gaming plus

    processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X

    It may be better off to get a capture card if you want to record on your pc.

    In addition to my previous reply, you should really look at replacing that GT 1030. The 1030 is a extremely limited graphics card, not suitable for running modern games. At the very least you should replace it for a GTX 1050.

    Hi,

    The 'GT' line of NVIDIA graphics processors lack NVIDIA NVENC support.

    Without NVENC it's not possible to record gameplay in Windows Gamebar or NVIDIA's
    own 'Shadowplay' application.

    Recording on NVIDIA graphics cards is limited to the GTX and RTX hardware.
