why cant i re-install vault tec workshop dlc?

i went to play fallout 4 and found out that my save file was missing content, later finding out vault tec was missing from the add on list but was installed on my console. i uninstalled it thinking it could have been the vault tec dlc but it wont let me
re-install it even though i had it from the season pass. if anyone could help clear it up on whats happened and i hope someone sorts out the issue as i really want the add on back but i dont want to have to pay money for it again.

ps: by not letting me re-install it, i mean that it doesnt show up on the ready to install thing in "my games and apps", not even when i go and manage the game.

Fallout 4 DLC broken

i tried deleting another dlc (wasteland workshop) but I could install that one again straight away so it only seems to be affecting the vault tec dlc. same for everyone else??

 

Vault-Tec Workshop gone?

Yeah, it was really down for just one day. It's still the fault of MS but at least they took action to correct it within 24 hours (or so). Pretty fast response in terms of Business and Industry. Luckily no one had to wait 30 plus
days for an Update Patch and they were able to correct it from the back end of the Marketplace.

 

Hi Quasi - both myself and another gamer have been having the exact same issue. Currently got a query logged under "So where has the Vault Tec Workshop Gone"? Seems to be a general issue that a few people are experiencing at the mo.

Same here on the money front, and I don't really fancy purchasing it in case it doesn't work anyway. Am wondering if the recent update for Fallout *** it up. It was working fine last night when I had a quick go but not working this morning. Did you get prompted
to update when you fired-up Fallout 4 today?

No, I just fired up fallout and went to continue the game and it just said the save file was missing content from the vault technology dlc. I was playing it last night aswell, getting ready to start the vault tec missions, dissapoint ed to find this happened.

I have the same problem. There was a update of 2,3gb when i want to play it says no vault tech dlc. I delete the dlc on the xbox but now i have to pay €4,99 euro!. I did this in the hope it would work but it works but now i am 4,99 euro gone. Can i get
this money back, because i own the dlc?

I have the Season Pass as well and also have the same issue. I got a message that the Vault-Tec Workshop content was no longer available, so I uninstalled, with the intention of re-installing in order to fix the problem and now it is trying to charge me
$4.99 to repurchase.

 

The same as just happened to me, it was working fine earlier on today and now the Vault-Tec Workshop as gone. I tryed deleting it but also unable to reinstall unless i pay for it which i too own the season pass. I spent a lot of time building the Vault to
how i liked it with 30 settlers and now it`s gone :-(

Same with my game was playing last night completed all the quest. When I got on today I was missing and I did the exact same thing and can't re-download without paying. Come on Microsoft, can we get some answers.

 

Same issue here. I've made a few posts in other threads to complain about same, and they keep getting deleted. It seems to have something to do with DRM stuff, as this only became an issue for many people after an update that caused changes in the store.
If you go to a store page on your console for owned digital content, digital games, any dlc you've downloaded from a season pass, you'll see it says. "you can play this content for now, or buy it and own it forever" basically telling you that even though you
own it, you don't really own it. They've clearly messed up here and refuse to admit to it.

 

I work all week, and really was looking forward to playing this weekend. Now I can't, because of something they *** up, that deprives me of content I paid for. It's absolutely unacceptable and they can't even take the time to update us as to what's going
on, or apologize.
