Why can't I purchase & play Override Mech City Brawl - Supercharged Mega Edition despite it...

I know it's been awhile since your post; you might have already found a way to get the copy of the game. I am a long time PC gamer and know the struggle that finding physical copies of games is very hard!

When a game listed appears with the "Not available separately" text this means the developer has been delisted the game from the Microsoft store.

This happens for example when some licenses used in the game expired, there are a lot of reasons about why a game is not available.

But I just want to let you know that isn't a Microsoft decision, game developers are the ones who delist a game.

At the moment the only way to get the game is purchasing a redeemable key from a third party store or purchasing a physical copy Jason

Attempting to download the new Games with Gold. Override: Mech City Brawl installed just fine and I have already downloaded Portal Knights. However, when I went to download Red Faction 2 ,it is still listed as $14.99 and it wants me to pay for it
in order to install it.

Ive been facing the same issue, there probably is an issue on their part you just need to be patient for them to fix that!

As far as the store is concerned, they're still seen as 2 separate purchases even though the deluxe edition includes the standard edition. So it wouldn't override anything.

As far as the email, yes, just explain the situation and why you want the refund. There's still no guarantee they will give it though.

I really love the weapons and events.

But I really hate the mechs.

I can't enjoy playing while mechs are in game.
