    Why cant i play these games online?


    So me and my dad both have a xbox, and each xbox has both of our accounts. whenever he buys gamepass on his account, it goes to mine too. Currently i can play games that are on gamepass, but for games like call of duty or madden 23, i can’t play online. I have always been able to play these games online and now I can’t. everytime i try to play them online it tells me i need gamepass.

    Well it must have been done recently because i have gotten gamepass like this for a while now and i got the call of duty i play in june and had played it no problem until now

    The Xbox Live was changed into Game Pass Core, when you used the trial Ultimate it may have converted your Core plan.

    Please, access your subscription page and check the status:

    If it still says you don't have it, I kindly ask you to speak with XBOX Staff.

    just to quickly ask sorry if i was to just need to buy my subscription again would i have no way to go back to the old yearly plan for gold and would i have to look into the game pass core subscription? also because i can only see a 3 month deal and no yearly deal like on xbox live gold
