Why can’t I play the games that I preordered?

I preordered call of duty for Xbox series s and it won’t let me download it and play it. It gives me the option to buy the game again even though I already purchased it.

First, please check the status of the game by signing in to http://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

I use be able to play my games but for some reason out no where I keep getting 0x87e50033 I just preordered a game nd can’t even play it

Is this a prepaid card? If yes, I apologize but it can't be used to pre-order a game, we can only use a credit card, PayPal, or Microsoft balance. As we all know, for pre-ordered transactions Microsoft gets the money 10 days prior to the game releases if you use a debit card, PayPal, prepaid card it may cause issues that may lead to your pre-order failing.

Are you sure you don’t have an Xbox One X? The one on the left is required to play the game.

The Show 23 hasn't been released yet so you wouldn't be able to play it until then regardless of Game Pass subscription.
