    Why can’t I play Starfield on Xbox?


    I preordered Starfield on my PC for Xbox while logged into my account that has an active Gamepass sub. I am able to play the game, with early access, on my PC, but on my Xbox when logged into the same account it is showing I still need to purchase the premium upgrade. Even after normal release, I still cannot access Starfield with gamepass. All messages say “you’re too early” and do not show that premium is purchased.

    Can not redownload Starfield from Windows Store

    the error I get when, in the MS store I click to play:

    Starfield can’t open because it cannot be found. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.

    The drive needed replacement and was removed.

    Cloud Sync Not Working

    This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

    “Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

    I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

    What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???

    Why does Starfield keep crashing on my series x?

    It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.

    Starfield is not recognizing my special pre-order items on one of my PCs, but it is on the rest.

    Im also having a issue with playing starfield on a laptop and a desktop. Why cant i use the cloud to play on both?
