    Why can’t I play online


    So me and my brother share a Xbox and he is mean and he got banned/suspended on xbox and the next time I signed in on my account I couldn’t play any online games because he got banned is there any way to fix this he also already submit a case review and got denied

    Contrary to what the previous user's response suggests, if you purchased Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition, I can assure you that it includes both the story mode of the game and GTA Online for Xbox One consoles, as that is specifically mentioned in the description of that edition of the game, so don't worry.

    Do you have any active Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions on your account? Remember that one of those two subscriptions is required to play online games on Xbox consoles.
