    Why can’t I play my games with gold that I’ve already claimed?


    A few years ago I downloaded assassins creed syndicate when it was a game with gold. I took a break from Xbox. When I came back I went to redownload the game which it lets me do. But when I go to open the game it’s says that I need to buy it with error code (0x803f8007)

    Unfortunately, that subscription doesn't include Gold, so you'll have to switch to Game Pass Core or Ultimate.

    Are you currently subscribed to Game Pass Core or Ultimate? You must be subscribed to play the games you claimed from Games with Gold.
