i download dragon age 2 on the website and im on a family plan and i can't download dragon age 2. so my boyfriend, he's the one with the head of the family plan changed me to the adult plan, and still i can't download. so he changed all the setting and still
can't download. but im an adult. why can't i download dragon age 2 for my in game item. but on was on a child's account thing first before my boyfriend changed my account to adult. i didn't even knew i was on a child's account.

If you can't see the privacy settings, and you just get redirected to a support site about how to do it, it's because child's account cant view their privacy settings an adult is required to add him to a Microsoft family here

Even if you are an adult, your account doesn't have that age, and the age on Xbox can't be changed until enough time pass to have the proper age

After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here

That is outrageous! I just bought Minecraft for 30 dollars for my Xbox and I can't even access the full game even though the card says full game?! I should be allowed to play multiplayer after buying the full game. This is horrid
