why can't I play multiplayer on java Minecraft?

At first, it was because I was a part of a family group on Microsoft and my Xbox settings. But now even when I left the group (after a long hour on trying to figure out how to remove me w/ my parents) and changed the Xbox settings, it still won't let me play multiplayer. I changed my age to 18+, relooked over my settings but still nothing.

It is not my Wi-Fi I don't know what is happening I click open to land and my friend doesn't see my Minecraft world.

Thi still isn't fixed. I want to play Minecraft Java on Hypixel.net but I can't access multiplayer and on minecraft.net when I go to my profile it asks to buy Minecraft. Hey Microsoft please fix this.

You can enable the multiplayer for Minecraft from the Xbox Family Settings app on your mobile device.

In the Xbox Family Settings app:

Go to Settings > In Enable Minecraft > Select Allow this game.

Turn on Multiplayer to let a member play online with others

Enable Clubs so that a member can create and join Minecraft Realms servers.
