With the error you are getting it means that the system has detected that you own a child account.

Because when it was created a child account was saved on its birthdate.

Even if there will be changes on the birthdate the system will still recognize the first birthdate that's on the account.

Nothing to worry because there is a way for the account to act like an adult.

That is by adding an adult account/ the organizer account

The adult account/ the organizer account will be used in customizing your privacy and security settings to enable you to access multiplayer.
