I can't play multiplayer why I deleted the game and downloaded it twice e whats the problem?

What game are you trying to play? Is it all games or particular ones? And when did you activate your Xbox Live? Sometimes it can take a bit for the system to register your Gold status.

Just as Xbox Ambassador | Volunteer Moderator StuartATrueRed said, you will need to have either an active Xbox Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to activate the multiplayer feature on your account if you're playing games on Xbox app Windows PC.

However, if you have an active Xbox subscription yet you are still unable to play online multiplayer and receiving an error message regarding you need to manage your Xbox settings, kindly try to follow the instructions according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...e-online-safety-and-privacy-settings-xbox-one

"Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.
Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

If you're unable to access the Xbox privacy settings, this can only mean that your account is a child account. A child account can't manage its own privacy settings. You will need an adult account to help you with that. Please take your time and let us know the results.
