Why can't I play multi player on some games I own but can on others

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

The games that you have mentioned that you can play without an Xbox Live Gold subscription are free-to-play games which means that they do not require an active subscription.

For games that aren't free-to-play, it is required to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

I don't get this. Why do you "have" to play the multi-player? There are people here who haven't even touched multi-player and some who only got into it after beating the game. All the Multi-player does is give you extra Military Strength to give a very slight
alteration to the way the game could end for you. Again, it's not like you have to play one to a certain point before you can play the other.

It didnt work. I even deleted my multi-player file just in case and still kicks me to dashboard. I just dont understand it. And as for the disk there is not a scratch on it. and Xbox live didnt help. They walked me through some things but i can play
multi-player in other games. Just not red dead. I dont understand.. Thanks for trying to help.

Don't expect to plan a lan party in Combat Training and expect to level up, can't do that unless you play online with atleast 5 other players... You know, just like Multi-Player is anyway... Not sure why they bothered with it if that was how they was going
to handle it... That is all I can comment on right now..... Nuketown is kinda cool though...lol
