Have you tried to run a system scan?

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

Type this command: sfc /scannow

Press Enter.

If any error is found, they will be patched.

Then use the DISM command.

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Restart you PC.

If that still does not work, please, do a clean boot and test the app.

Press Windows Key + R > Type msconfig > Select Services > Check the box Hide all Microsoft Services > Select Deactivate All.

Restart your computer.

Have you lost you marbles... why in the world would i read the code of conduct if i cant play.

I cant even find the dictionary access or enable it. I just downloaded jax, and my chat isn't working and I have no idea how to access their dictionary. There is also a flag that I exit from that says that the microsoft push notification service didnt connect.
After I exit it then it allows me to play. Any suggestions?
