    Why can’t I play Minecraft on my playstation?


    As now I have switched to Playstation, I used to have a xbox and now every time I try to play Minecraft it doesn’t let me because it is linked to my xbox account, even though i scan the qr code to log in to my microsoft it pops up with error on my playstation .

    I understand you need help with linking your Minecraft game to PSN. Please note that linking your Microsoft account to PSN can only be done once. This means you cannot unlink your Microsoft account and link a different one to PSN if it was previously connected to another account, and vice versa.

    I recommend reaching out to Minecraft support to check which account was previously linked to your PSN, or contacting Sony for additional options.

    The drowned error is related to issues with your login credentials.

    First, in a web browser go to account.microsoft.com and make sure your account log in is working as expected.

    Then, on your PS5, go to Minecraft settings and open the Profile section and choose the option to "Clear Account Sign-In Data", then close the game. Restart your PS5, and then launch Minecraft and try signing in again with your Microsoft account.

    Thank you for reaching out, sorry to know you're facing this issue.

    Apparently your account is minor, Microsoft system automatically sets default age restrictions for account with minor age. Therefor, You will have to create a

    Family Group using another account as Parent( Organizer) and add your account as Child (Member).

    After you successfully create the family group; you can then change the privacy settings in your account. following the steps

    here    .

    Note: Parent account should be adult by age > 21.
