    Why can't I play Horizon 4?


    Almost as soon as I get out of the opening cutscene and into the actual gameplay section, the game freezes and crashes. Because of this, I have never been able to play the actual game.

    System specs:

    CPU: Ryzen 5 2600, ~3.4GHz

    GPU: NIVIDIA Zotac GTX 1060-6GB

    RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB)

    Motherboard: ASRock AB350m Pro4

    HDD: SeaGate FireCuda SSHD 1TB

    PSU: 500W

    Is there a reason why I can't run it? The PC runs very smoothly now, even in FH4, but it just crashes seemingly randomly but consistently. Everything else works.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the game. Also make sure PC OS and drivers are completely up to date.

    My xbox is an constant loop with the same error sign (0x8015d1ce) when no other account is on.
