    Why can't I play halo infinite when I preordered it


    I preordered Halo Infinite when option first came. I played the campaign Monday night but can no longer play. The game is saying I don't own the campaign. It's also no longer showing as owned games.

    why do I need to alter my windows 10 when everything else accept halo infinite works as it should? ya ever think that the xbox app for PC for halo infinite was poorly very poorly written?

    For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

    If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

    If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

    Also, if you're on Xbox Console please make sure that you have an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
