Why cant i play halo infinite on my app even though i PAID for the **** thing

None of these fixes worked, and even though its completely ridiculous to suggest a customer completely re install windows, I did do just that and it STILL doesn't work. Ever time I attempt to launch Halo Infinite, I get booted to the stupid gaming services tab. I have been waiting so long just to play Halo's campaign and to have to jump through this many hoops to still not be able to play the game is infuriating. Is this just a bug that means I cant play the game I payed 60 dollars for and there's nothing I can do to fix it? Because I am on a completely new version of windows installed and I cant play the game I paid for.

Even though it's going to be in Game Pass, I'm gonna buy it. I had planned on doing it before the said it was going there so why change my mind.

Same is with Halo: Infinite. I've bought every Halo on launch day since Halo 3. I really hope that the Collector's Edition is freaking amazing for Halo.

why do I need to alter my windows 10 when everything else accept halo infinite works as it should? ya ever think that the xbox app for PC for halo infinite was poorly very poorly written?

Hi, all. I had the same issue and even tried to install on my OS drive. After some attempts, including Christopher's helpful suggestions, I tried the following:

-Use the Windows Search bar to search for the Halo Infinite App. Just type in H A L O

-Over to the right of the Halo Infinite App icon, click App settings

-Perform a repair and reset of the Halo Infinite app.

Hi, i did all that but i still cant start halo infinite

I forgot to mention that it is the only game i cant play, every other game on my library is playable without problems
