Why can’t I play games I bought on my Xbox

Yea but I have contacted Microsoft about the issue they are fixing it and in 24 hours I’ll get my results apparently it was a issue on their ends but weren’t aware till I contacted them should all be good thanks for your help it’s always great to have support, thank you.
