Why can't I play game pass games or games I paid for?

Hi everyone. I pay for gamepass and I have paid for all my digital games. Now, any time I try to play games I've spent my money on, xbox tells me there has been an error or that I need to sign into the account I bought the game with. After looking at other posts here I have:

Removed my account(and readded later)

Switched wifi networks(both very strong)

Restarted both wifi networks

Restarted, powered off, or unplugged my xbox multiple times.

NOTHING has worked

NOTHING ive read from an Microsoft rep on here has worked

JUST LET ME PLAY THE GAMES I PAY YOU TO PLAY

First, make sure that you're signed in under the account where the subscription is active or when the games were purchased. Please follow the steps below:

"Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions."

Once confirmed, we may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps.

"Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

I paid for the Xbox Game Pass and i can't play any game at all, it's quite frustrating...

Hello Suzi, If you have an active subscription on your account but are having problems accessing the subscription games, try following the steps below.~

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.
