    Why can’t I play game pass games, if I have game pass?


    I have gamepass ultimate for another month, it expires on the 24th of January, 24 days from now, and I can’t launch or play any game pass games at all but I can play all my bought games, what is the problem here?

    Have you tried to reset your console?

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Gameshare bugged? Not gaining online access through shared gamepass.

    There may be a profile on her Xbox that has an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold which is being shared to her which is why she can play online multiplayer.

    Since she only have Xbox Game Pass for Console that’s the reason why you can’t play online multiplayer.

    If it is let's first try performing a power cycle

    Power Cycle:

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    Unplug the console from the outlet

    Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    Check if the suscription is now being shared
