    Why can't I play Forza Horizon 4 DLC offline?


    I own a copy of FH4 on PC, and every DLC for it separately, I don't own the Car Pass or the VIP pass, just the standard edition of the game and the DLCs for it, all purchased through the Microsoft Store. When I go offline I don't have access to the very content I paid real, hard-earned money for. Why is that? I bought all of it through another account of mine and gifted it to my separate account dedicated to FH4 because the aforementioned account wouldn't let my purchases go through. I need help, how does this get fixed??

    Why am I banned without a reason and the Xbox appeal method never work, I'm out of the Forza horizon 5 online multiplayer for no apparent reason , Why???

    Only in Forza horizon 5, I noticed it's going completely offline to a point where I can't even purchase anything that requires internet , and displaying a message that my gametag is banned,

    Horizon 4 and other games are playing very well online
