    Hi. I just bought xbox live gold(core) and i want to play forza horizon 3 online but the option doesnt open in the game. On my profile it says that i am able to play online, so i redeemed the code the right way. My nat type is open, so what am i doing wrong here?

    Here are some things you can try to fix the problem of not being able to play FH3 online on Xbox:

    1. Make sure your internet connection is good and stable, otherwise try another connection.

    2. Make sure your console has the latest update.

    To check if your console has the latest update, open the Xbox guide and go to Profile & system > Settings > System > System > Updates.

    If your console does not have the latest update, follow the on-screen instructions to update it.

    3. Reset your console's network settings.

    This will clear all of your console's network settings, but will not erase your data.

    To reset your console's network settings, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    Select Profile & System > Settings > Network > Reset.
    Select Reset Network Settings.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

    I seem to have more fun in FH3. However there are more multi-player options in FH4 that makes it fun for online play. But if I just want to play alone I play FH3.

    1. Is your console connected to Xbox Live? (you just need to connect it to the internet to do that.)

    2. Do you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription?
