    When I try to download a game from the XBox App I get the error: "There's been an error. Your EA credentials may have expired, please try again or reset your password.

    I'm running Windows 11 on both my laptop and Desktop:

    OS Name: Microsoft Windows 11 Home

    OS Version: 10.0.22621 N/A Build 22621

    I've already gone through the password reset process and it made no difference. Loops me right back here.

    I have also tried uninstalling both the Xbox PC App and the EA app and restarting. Then reinstalling both applications. Same problem remains.

    I searched online and read that the XBox gamer tag must match your EA account name? Not sure if that is true, but I created another EA account and used the same Microsoft email and Xbox Gamertag as my Microsoft/Xbox account, for my newly created EA account. Still same issue though...

    I've tried logging into the EA site by clicking on the XBox icon...

    After I click the Xbox Icon a separate browser window briefly opens and closes and I see the same error...

    It's really irritating... Can anyone assist with this please? I see others on Reddit and other forums talking about this same issue.

    If not, I believe Microsoft needs to remove all of EA's games from your platform immediately. Part of the reason I got the GamePass wass to play Battlefield 2042. It's not right it's being offered and people aren't able to use it.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble here, however, in cases like this, you may need to reach out to EA to ensure that your EA account is linked correctly to your Xbox profile. It would also be possible that the EA account that your Xbox profile is linked to was deleted on EA's side, they are the ones who can manually configure this for you as linking and relinking are being done through them.

    EA Play No Longer Functioning

    Is this on the console or PC? EA Play is included on the console with Game Pass Ultimate. EA Play will be available on the PC through Game Pass sometime this year.

    Those games are not included in PC Game Pass but are included with EA Play which is included with PC Game Pass. As far as I know, EA haven't removed them.
