Why can’t I play both games I’ve bought?

Just noticed that my game tag is an order one I’ve got 2 emails and I’ve used them both and I still can’t get my usual game tag if I can’t get my usual tag on i can’t access Xbox live

I’ve bought upgrades for games that I had the physical copy of before and never had this issue. There’s absolutely no reason anyone can’t use it just because they got the disc. Why even make the upgrade available then?

If the game you're trying to play is an onli game, it would require Game Pass Core (or Ultimate which includes Core) in order to access online multiplayer.

I’ve done that still nothing I call Microsoft they say my accounts suspended and they can’t see why. I’ve tired so much nothing I can’t get of hold of the enforcement any way.
