Why can't i pay for premium solitaire? I am in Canada and it won't let me change country...

Why can't I sign in to XBOX in Microsoft solitaire collection premium

Its been going on for almost a week on my Xbox. It also won't let me play online. Wtf why am I paying for gold if I can't use it.

While I can't answer the question as to the why, if the account you're posting from is the account in question I'd create a new account since you won't be loosing much info at all.

My issue is that I am already a Premium member, but it won't let me install Premium or the DLC's without asking for a re-purchase. Which is really frustrating because I have played with Premium before, have Premium content, had to uninstall because I needed
room, and now it won't let me reinstall Premium.

I'm in Canada. When adding a credit card under the Country option when adding my address It only gives me US. I can't change it to Canada
