Why can't i obtain my microsoft points for "Play with friends on PC" on the xbox app?

Hello ive been using microsoft rewards and the xbox app for along time and it's been great. However recently i found out that in the rewards section i've been not able to redeem my points for "Play with friends on PC" for a long time now and it just says "100%" complete without allowing me to redeem these points? How do i possibly fix this problem? Thanks.

Hello, did this end up getting sorted for you? Ive been having the same issue for a few months now. Everytime i explain it to them, they just dont seem to understand the issue.

Yeah, it also says "Shop for apps, games and more in Microsoft Store" as well as
"Works with Microsoft Store online, Windows 10, XBox One and XBox 360". So am I to understand that a Microsoft gift card, obtained USING Microsoft points, to be used ON the Microsoft Store, is limited? Well, that's funny, because there was
NO disclaimer on the DLC purchase page on the online store that said so, or I wouldn't have wasted my points.

So yeah, maybe you can't use it for certain things, but why not put that on the item page itself to clarify "you can't use it on THIS"? It is misleading to state
"certain in-app subscriptions or purchases",
but not saying which ones.

But if I own it can't I play it on my pc isn't it all through Microsoft I just don't understand why I can play it off my Xbox why I can't play off my pc I can play games like high on life on my Xbox and then go play on my pc and pick up where I left off

But if I buy it on the xbox store through my pc (it is possible I suppose, I have access via microsoft store), won't I be able to launch and play the game on my pc ??

And yes with a controller, that's the point, idc for that, WHAT matters is that will I be able to launch it on my pc via the xbox store ?

With xbox sttings and all that, and a controller, no problem. I just want to be sure i can play it on my pc via xbox
app so I don't buy the game for nothing xD Can't wait pc version to play it !
