why can’t i make a gammertag?

i can’t make a gamertag i press lets go and nothing happens i made a different account too and still nothing xbox app included i cleared cache and everything tried a computer and everything still nothing. helppp

I am sorry to hear about this issue. There, someone posted the same issue in this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/subject/for.... Could you try the steps posted there to see if it works? If not, I recommend trying it again at a later time.

you have to be online to make one but after that you can play offline on the gammertag as much as you like

This is not my gamertage my own gammertag was hacked and changed by him/my real gammertag is oH summit.

@LOLurskill what would those "OTHER" things be? someone killed me the other night with a sniper rifle and he didnt even have draw his weapon all he did was pull the trigger an i was dead an I know it was him becuase I saw his gammertag a couple of times
making these ridiculous kills, so why bother aiming??
