Why can’t I login on ps4?

According to Mojang:

"That’s good news! This error message tells you which Microsoft account the PSN ID is connected to. The solution is to sign in with the correct listed account. For example, in the image, you would sign in with the account MyOtherMSAccount where the “other account” is your other account name."

This may mean that your PlayStation Network account is linked to a different Microsoft account and you need to use that Microsoft account.

Hello there, AC. May I know if you don’t remember receiving a security notification from Microsoft in a previously registered security email address or phone number about changes made to your account?

Or if you have registered a phone number or email address as an alternative way to sign in, could I know if you tried to use that information instead of your current email address?

It’s the same as if I was to try sign in on minecraft it says ‘cannot find username’ or ‘there is no account with this username’ even though there should be because I haven’t deleted it
