Why can't I log into my Xbox Series S?

I have an Xbox Series S. I was using it without any issue until 2 days ago. I kept getting signed out of my account and I restarted the console but that did not work, was still getting signed out. I then decided to troubleshoot, nothing...then I soft reset. Now it won't even let me sign back in.

I had a fear that I was hacked. Changed my password to retain my account.

When I turned on my Xbox, now I cannot sign in. I searched for answers on Microsoft about Xbox issues, and it directed me to removing my account again. Still can't sign in. I spoke with a MS expert to Fac reset the console retaining all the games. I did that too. However, I am left with the same issue again where until the console asks for a sign in, it doesn't allow me to sign in even after entering my information.

My account is on reoccurring billing for my GamePass Ultimate and was billed yesterday! I would like to receive support to regain access to my account and start using my Xbox again. Please assist.

Do you indicate that your account was hacked?

Really the only thing you can do and what is recommended is that you
continue insisting with the Xbox team, explaining the situation in detail
since they are the only ones who can help you because they do have access to
the accounts and can see what possibly happened. . This forum is really not the
most appropriate medium to discuss your topic, especially since we as players do
not have the tools to help you as it is a sensitive privacy and security issue.

Nothing you suggested helped unfortunately. I just did a hard reset of the console, saved nothing. I was able to log with that. Seems I was indeed hacked. sigh.

I would also like to ask a second question, which might nulify my first question.

Is the situation I present below possible?

We own the ultimate edition of FH4 on my account.

We have 3 xboxes (2x series s and 1x one s)

Home console Series S: Wife logs in and plays Forza Horizon 4

2nd Series S: I log in and play FH4

Xbox one S: I log in to give acces to my daughther, and she logs in on her account at the same time to play FH4 on her account.

ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

Just wondering if that is possible and/or allowed.
