Why cant i log into my xbox account on pc when i am connected to my phones mobile hotspot

I have Xbox series x and I'm using a mobile hotspot and it only happens when I connect it to this hotspot. I've tried resetting my game and my phone

"Kansas City, Kansas" I got connection like that when I was using my Virgin mobile phone as a WiFi hotspot, would set of log in alarms on sites. over the usual detroit , Toledo connection..........

2 things i have noticed.

1. I can sign in without any internet connection (mobile hotspot). I am able to log in successfully this way but without any access to the majority of my xbox like Youtube, YoutubeTV, etc.

2. I am unable to sign in to my profile when i connect successfully to the internet (mobile hotspot).

Hope we have a quick resolutiom to this.

Not sure how this is related to xbox gaming (I am assuming you are using your phone as a mobile hotspot). Any phone purchased in the last 2 or 3 years automatically uses IPv4 and IPv6 (my understanding from years of gaming on PC, iPad and Xbox using mobile hotspot).

I don't think there is a specific setting (I don't see such a setting on either my Android Phone or my iPhone) and I have used both the android and iPhone for hotspot and xbox gaming.

What type of phone do you have? When I first moved to my new house I didnt have wifi so I connected to my mobile hotspot and it worked perfectly.

On my Samsung I went to settings, connection settings and turned on mobile hotspot. I also had to turn off the phone wifi. Then I looked for it on my console and connected as normal.
