Why can’t I log into my account on my Xbox 360?

When i turn my xbox 360 on it says i cant log into my account and if it doesnt then go to www.xbox.com/support. Can you walk me through this?

No error code. Just if it persists, contact xbox support.

Thanks for reaching out for support on this issue.

I can understand how not being able to log into your account could be concerning.

Have you tried by any chance, removing your profile and then redownloading it as outlined in

How to add or remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360 ?

If you are not getting any error except that to go to support, then the best way to reach Live Support would be here:
Contact US

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select
See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Seems like Xbox Live Services for the 360 may be having some issues. Earlier today only Minecraft was on there now a few games.
