    Why can't I log into microsoft store, when I can log into everything else?


    So my issue is that when I try to log into microsoft store with my hotmail account, it says it sent a verification code there, but I never recieve these codes. But when I log into microsoft from a browser or into xbox then it sends the code to my connected gmail so I can log in there. Only microsoft store doesn't work.

    Whoa I got it working!!!

    Okay, gonna leave this here in case anyone else stumbles in here.

    So I found out you can install GamePass games from the Windows Store on Windows 10. I installed Outer Worlds this way, ran it, everything worked fine. Backed out of the game and logged into Xbox and...it worked. Suddenly I can log into everything fine.

    So if you've tried literally everything else and it's not worked, try bringing up the Windows Store and installing a game from there.

    I can ensure you everything is up to date.

    Windows update, store, metro, graphic card drivers, direct x ... everything.
    Check if you are logged in Microsoft Store and Xbox Beta App with the same (and correct) Microsoft Account.

    I say this because I have an additional Microsoft Account for Business and If I log with this in the Store, the Xbox Beta doesn't work.

    When I'm logged into one of my three accounts my game freezes. So I log out of everything and can play. I log back in while still in the game and the game freezes again. Is anyone else getting this?

    I also can't log in on the microsoft store. I created a different account on my computer with admin privleges and a local login. It was able to log in on both the xbox app and the microsoft store. So how do I fix my main account to allow me to log in on
    that?
