Why can't I log in too my eBay account?

My password works on other machines, not on Microsoft Edge,using X Box One X.

If you mean you can't sign in to your eBay account on Microsoft edge on your Xbox console, make sure you can sign into your eBay account on another device first and try resetting your password.

Do you have 2FA enabled on this account?

If you‘re still experiencing this issue on your Xbox console, try using another browser and/or going private (incognito) mode. I would also suggest trying another network, if you’re able to.

There's also another thread on this with the same question here - One of the replies has a solution that helped a few other people with this error so hopefully it works for you too

Bubonic......buying and selling on ebay......why would that disappear? What am I missing here? I know a game will be registered to your account, but if you can give it away to a friend....why can't you sell it on ebay?

That’s good news! This error message tells you which Microsoft account the PSN ID is connected to. The solution is to sign in with the correct listed account. For example, in the image, you would sign in with the account MyOtherMSAccount where that “other account” is your other account name."
