Why can't I log in to Pinball FX2 when I'm on a Microsoft operating system, account, ...

It's exasperating. I followed every step in the sticky at the top of this forum. I disabled my firewall, deleted Xbox ID data, removed my MSA, etc. etc. etc.

I've wasted a lot of time, in other words. I know it's not a big deal but really the only reason you play pinball is to beat your high scores. But of course the game won't track the scores because IT CAN'T LOG IN. This, despite the fact I'm logged in to
XBOX live app, on the website, and even another game (solitaire, which I d/l'd just to try it).

I'm just uninstalling the damned thing and moving on.

Windows 10 Games Cannot Sign Into the Xbox Account

I have ONE Microsoft game I'd like to play, Pinball FX2 (and have actually spent a few bucks on some of the tables). I'm on a Microsoft OS, using the Microsoft account to log in, playing a Microsoft game on a Microsoft gaming network, and it can't log in.
I read the sticky at the top of this forum, did every step there, and nothing. So guess I'm done with MS games for now, I hope they get it fixed.

 

Pinball FX2 Table Import Problem

Hi, I bought the game tables for PINBALL FX2 in windowstore,

ZEN CLASSICS, STAR WARS PINBALL, WOLVERINE TABLE, FEAR ITSELF, PASHA TABLE, CIVIL WAR TABLE.

After a win10 system upgrade, PINBALL FX2 will flash back as soon as I log in. Now using PINBALL FX3 is in normal condition. The Zen Studio's website indicates that FX2's Table can be imported into FX3, but I tried it many times and could not import it.
I could not find the reason. I suspect that I am concerned with the [Mod Removed – Personal Information].account that I logged in with PINBALL FX2. Please help me solve it, thank you.

(Note that it is not my computer problem, I installed PINBALL FX2 on several computers, the situation is the same.

This problem seemed to have resolved itself, but it's back. Again, I'm trying to play Pinball FX2. I'm logged in on Windows 10, and in the Xbox app. But the GAME simply refuses to log in. Error message states "Can't log into Xbox please try again later."
This problem has persisted since last Sunday. Saturday, everything was working fine. I just paid for several new tables so the timing is ironic. Help?

 

Hi Sim, Xbox Live was experiencing service related issues for the past two days. I too was experiencing try again later messages but it seems to have recovered for me late last night. Unsure why your issue is still continuing. I will report this to the Xbox
App developers encase it may be related. I would also recommend posting to the Gaming on Windows forums for support below since it sounds like your experiencing this issue with a specific game.

Thank you for your reply. My situation has gotten worse. I apparently had a corrupted user profile on Win 10, which I didn't find out until I had uninstalled the game. Now, I can no longer access the MS store on this user account, so can't reinstall the
game on this acct. I set up a new user account, and was able to install the game. But I lost ALL of my purchases for Pinball FX2 (even though I used the same Windows and Xbox log-ins). I had bought nearly 30 tables, so I am out $60 or $70. I'm now creating
an MS10 install disk in an attempt to repair my user profile. Hopefully, that will resolve the issue but jeez what a mess.
