Why cant i log in to my microsoft account on xbox.com(Cloud Gaming)?

Both NZ and US wont let me login(Site and link). Unfortunately the website gets sent back to the main screen that I started with, so there are no error messages or login screens.

Also it might be easier if i send a screen recording of me trying to login? Is there a way I can get this to you?

1. Is Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) available in your country/region based on the link above? Please do not provide your complete home address.
   
2. Are you having issues login to Xbox website - click here.
   
3. Do you have issues login to your account on Microsoft sites like your profile page: Microsoft account | Home ?

Indeed, it is looping you to sign into the Xbox.

1. We recommend you try resetting your password.
   
2. Secure your account with at least 2 security info (phone number and secondary email address). Link: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional
   
3. Please check your account on Enforcement history - Enforcements | Xbox Support.
   
4. Sign out on your browser and try on InPrivate Window to see if issue persists.
   

If issue still persists, you may need to reach out to our live support team for assistance. Since you cannot reach out to the Xbox Support team try this:

1. Go to this link: Contact Us - Microsoft Support
   
2. Please provide a brief description of the problem and click Get Help;
   
3. Click Contact Support at the bottom of the display results.
   
4. When you identify the product that is experiencing the problem, click Confirm.
   
5. Finally, you can choose to contact a live chat representative or have a live phone representative make a call.

Do you have other account that could test the same site? Or do you have a relative that could at least try to sign into their account on the Xbox site?

If issue persists, this could be an issue specifically to your account. Otherwise, this issue is related to Xbox sites being access in your device. If you would mind, please send us a screen recording on the private message - Private Messages - Microsoft Community
