    Why can't I load the new winter jigsaw collection?


    The new collection briefly appeared. I bought it and then it vanished. What happened?

    I cannot click for the new winter jigsaw puzzles. The link is not working.

    I want the new winter collection for the Jigsaw (Winter Jigsaw I believe) but I can't click the link, Please help I would love to play the winter collection.

    "Complete winter wonderlands, a flurried cityscape and even a snow-trekking fox or lynx. Just click on "See all collections" and select Winter to download this seasonal collection today!"

    WHY ARE YOU ANNOUNCING THIS? A.) It's not new. B.) It doesn't work.

    I purchased several collections, including "Winter," a couple of weeks ago. They won't download. I says, "downloading," but nothing happens.

    Apparently there have been numerous complaints about Microsoft Jigsaw, but nothing's been done about the problems. It would be great to see a fix sometime soon.

    Yesterday and today both Solitaire and Jigsaw will not come up, Get the solitaire collection main page and the jigsaw collection main page and they just stay there. I tried unloading Solitaire and then re-loading and nothing changed.

    Hi there.

    Let's have you sign out of your account on the Xbox app, then use the following steps to reset both the Xbox app and the Jigsaw app:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more and sing in.

    Post back and let us know how that goes!

    Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!
