    Why can't I load my old images in the xbox chat?


    I can't even load or/and see images that were sent from times ago on the xbox app, What do I do?

    Hey Emnelel,

    Thanks for the response, so unfortunately if the one picture is still being rejected it could be copyrighted as previously stated so it wouldn't be possible to set as the gamerpic. The best bet would be to set up a different gamerpic! Hope that helps!
