    Why can’t I load BO3 on my Xbox series S?


    I have bought the digital download for bo3 just so I can play zombies again. Every time I try to connect to online services I get the ABC error with the close 100.0.0.1.2.0.0 in the top right corner. My cousin downloaded the same game as we are gamesharing and he is able to play fine on his Xbox One. I’m kind of getting frustrated and I really want this to work.

    I appreciate you letting me know. Let's then reset your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps."
