Why can't I join parties?

Restart your Operating System and check if you can now access the Xbox App.

Could be 3 différents things...

The 1st one to check : Are you ban ? > https://enforcement.xbox.com , sign in and check if you dont have any restriction on your account via your records

If not, 2nd thing to check its your NAT , its should be open > https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-solution

If open , 3rd thing to check its your privacy settings , you should have the right to search / create parties, chat with others… > https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ety-and-privacy-settings-for-parents-and-kids
