    Why can't I install The Hitman Trilogy and why isn't it showing up in my Xbox library?


    I redeemed a code for The Hitman Trilogy and the game does not show up in my Xbox library. It does however show up in my order history as "redeemed" I cannot install it though and it doesn't show that I own it on the Microsoft Store. I've restarted my console and removed my account and added it back, which are the two ways Xbox support suggests to fix the problem.

    This is the first I've seen of a Hitman HD trilogy release, but isn't it a cop out with them releasing Blood Money which was released in HD anyway. Why is it not the first three games.

    Try this, please:

    Launch the Xbox Application on Desktop.

    Click on the profile image and navigate to the settings menu.

    Head over to the General sub-menu in the Settings menu.

    Uncheck the “Use advanced installation and management features” option.

    Uninstall the Hitman trilogy client.

    Close the Xbox Application either from Taskbar or from the Task Manager.

    Re-launch the Xbox Application and re-install the Hitman Trilogy.

    Users reported on Reddit that this solved this issue with Hitman Trilogy for them.

    How do I remove a game from the xbox store?

    You can remove a game from you Library completely so it won't even show up in "Ready to be installed", but to my knowledge you can't remove a title from the Store. Mind if I ask why you're looking into doing this?
