    Why can’t I install my Minecraft?


    Hi ya!

    I’ve purchased Minecraft Bedrock and Java Edition Together and when I click the InstallLaucher in my folders it’ll start installing but then immediately say some went wrong and I can’t fix it. I tried restarting my computer, installing from the website and from the Microsoft store and I just can’t get it running. Please help I don’t want to have wasted 50 for nothing.

    Hi, Sophie. I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    Let’s try some steps that might help. Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

    Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

    In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

    WSReset.exe

    Then open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that have Minecraft and should change the store account. Try installing the Minecraft launcher first.
