Why cant i get to mods for my skyrim special addition game on my xbox one

Nope as you can only use in-game mods

No external you need a pc for that

Im just waiting on the PC game to drop price then Im going to PC for Skyrim. Im mad and its most the reason why I dont touch my XBox these days. I wanted the option to mod MY GAME but its against there ToS. Honestly if its not a leaderboard or online type
game then why cant I MOD Skyrim? Serious? Is there a point why we cant MOD OUR OWE GAME?
