Discus and support why cant i get this reward????? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i've had gold for 2 years and theres a reward to have it for 6 months but it wont give it to me unless i buy 12 months again for £40.     The gems just started on October 1. So it would be too soon to be able to complete that offer. As long as you've had or continue gold through April, you will receive the gems.
