Why can't i get past the age selection screen?

Whenever i try to log into my account to use it on an app like minecraft or just the standard xbox app, i have to confirm my age since the account is new.

But whenever i hit "next" it just doesn't progresses to the next screen.

Nothing happens. The app doesn't crash, it doesn't log in, the click goes through but it just doesn't seem to work.

What could be causing it and how can i fix it?

Xbox One - Controllers Disconnecting Intermittently

Ok, this is very frustrating!

I went to https://myservice.xbox.com, clicked on "Problem with a Device", selected my XBOX ONE, select "Other" then "Open support ticket" which brings me to "Register a device" screen.

WTF? I can't get past this screen. Why is it asking me to register a device when I already selected the device I want to open a ticket on? Worse yet is there is no way for me to get past this screen. I put in my console serial and it complains that I already
have it registered, DUH!

It's going to take them ages to get all of these minor issues sorted. I mean, they can't even take 2 mins to fix the typo on the main banner.



Edit: FFS, why the hell is my font turning bold automatically?! Even when I don't select bold, it IS bold!

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Now, with the Xbox App on Windows 10, have you checked for any updates for the PC or the app?

To check for updates now, select the Start button

Windows logo Start butto and then go to Settings
Gear-shaped Settings icon > Update & security
Circular arrows Sync icon > Windows Update Circular arrows Sync icon, and select
Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

Hello

Just as an update and for clarification, i was trying to log into a fresh account in mobile, so i still had to select my age.

Apparently, this doesn't function correctly in mobile. When you tap the "next" option, nothing happens. It's not like it's frozen, the click registers but the action doesn't go through.

I logged in using my computer and it worked fine, so i could avoid the issue, but i still think it is a glitch that needs fixing. Anyway, thanks to everyone who tried to help despite my poor english and explanations.
