Why cant i get my stuff??

So i went to my local Walmart and bought myself the Fortnite x Transformers pack and i redeemed the code on microsoft.com, i went home to go mess around and it wasn't in my locker or anywhere else, so i looked around and i see i have it but its not going through to my account, so i bought another one and tried to redeem it on my xbox but it says i already have it, i have contacted epic games and they say they cannot find the account that the code was used on, so they suggest that i contact xbox support to do so, so i tried my best but nothing has worked that i haven't already tried, so i am asking the community is there any way to fix my problem?

Try to confirm if you can see the codes for Fortnite x Transformers pack were successfully redeemed on your account by signing in to your Microsoft Account using this link:

Select the 'Payment & billing' tab, then check your Order History.

Please try these methods:

1. Remove profile.

a. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
b. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
c. Select the account you want to remove (the one that’s experiencing the gameplay issue), and then select Remove.

2. Power cycle your console.

a. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
b. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Important: If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure you hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the console completely shuts down.

c. After you have completed the previous steps to power cycle your console, try to restart your game.

3. Re-add profile.

Now download your profile again to create a fresh version of your profile data:

a. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
b. Select Profile & system, select Add or Switch, and then select Add new.
c. Type in the email address and password that you use to access your Microsoft account (the same account you just removed).

Important: Make sure that you do not select Get a new account unless that’s what you want to do. If you select Get a New Account, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.

d. Follow the prompts as the console walks you through account setup steps such as privacy info, sign-in, and color preferences until you return to the Home screen.

They still havent done anything to help keep telling him to do the same stuff.. i dont get why someone cant just go in and fix this

as long as your not trying to profit from the logo ,i cant see why you cant use the Omen , if you are planning on selling the stuff you need to get permison from the Coalition ,if you dont they could sue you
