    Rewards mission

    I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

    I didn't get all my rewards from digital purchased games and mission from buying x-men

    o ya and emailing your rewards program gets you absolutely nowhere im on day 7 of waiting

    ya i have 2 days left on promotion and it can take 3 days for you to get back to me after i have been waiting 7 days for you to respond to an email wow your Customer service is horrible thanks for giving me the big middle finger for signing up for your program
    just so i cant use it i love all the frustration you give for signing up

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When and how will I receive my Reward?

    Once you’ve completed the offer by completing 5 new achievements in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed offer that will prompt you to redeem
    your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

    For future reference, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data. Since you have only earned two achievements since registering on the second, you have not yet completed this offer. If you have only recently earned three more achievements,
    please allow more time for us to receive that information.

    There is no email contact for the Rewards program.

    About 2 year and still no deposits

    Well I called said IM throwing all my xbox in the trash and going to get a PS4 and I cant believe I cant get my rewards and why cant I get it in a gift card or something.

    I wasn't nice to say the least and my account still say it needs a update but the next day I got like $97 deposited to my M$ account

    We see that you received Credits for your purchases. Keep in mind that for A Rewards Story, you have to complete all portions of the offer to receive Credits, and that VIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the
