    Why can't I get my gamertag.


    Hello, I don't want to interrupt you day with this. This is about to drive me crazy. I'm trying to get my gamertag change, but it keeps telling me that there's a problem with the purchase. The only problem is I looked at everything and there should not be any problems with the purchase. I just want to know why I can't change my gamertag.
